Spicy Peanut Curd Coriander Chutney

How to make spicy peanut curd coriander chutney?

Spicy Peanut Curd Coriander Chutney is very simple chutney made from roasted peanuts, sour curd, green chillies and coriander leaves. This works as an excellent dip for vadas and pakodas.

I prefer hot and spicy chutney.

In rainy season coriander leaves becomes very costly and not easily available and more so not of good quality. So this chutney works best as good substitute for green chutney.

Required:-

✔2 tbsp Peanuts (roasted)
✔½ tbsp roasted chana dal
✔1 cup sour Curd
✔5 Green Chillies
✔1tbsp Coriander Leaves
✔Salt to taste

Method

◾Put all in mixer grinder jar and make smooth paste.

◾Add water if required. Your chutney is ready.

◾Refrigerate, use as an when required. Serve this chutney with sabodana wadas and pakodas.  I had served this chutney with Kamal kakdi Pakoda (Lotus root Fritters)
