Tomorrow is Dev Prabodhini Ekadashi.. It is also called as Vishnu Prabodhini Ekadashi or the Dev Uthaavani Ekadashi.

Ekadashi or Agyaars is the auspicious 11th Day of the lunar phase. Hindus observe a fast on the two Ekadashis every month, one during Shukla Paksha (bright phase) and another during Krishna Paksha (dark phase of the moon).

Today's ekadashi is considered very auspicious and strictly followed every year in our house. The recipe which I'm sharing is prepared on this day.

The menu for the day is :

i.e. Barnyard millet flour (vrat ke chawal ka atta) or from Buckwheat Flour (kuttu) or Rajgiri atta (Amarnath Flour).
