Mango Milk Shake

Mango is considered as King of all fruits. 

Mango milkshake is one of most delicious and healthy drink that we enjoy every day during summer (mango season) in India.

I prefer this in breakfast as I feel that its going to be a great start of the day in summer, as this drink in not cool but very good source of vitamin-A, vitamin-B6, vitamin-C and flavonoids like beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, and beta-cryptoxanthin.

This recipe is again coming under fast to cook good to eat, oops, I mean fast to make and good to drink. He he :) 

(For three glasses)

Mangoes 2 peeled and chopped

Cold Milk 250 ml

Sugar as per taste or 2tbsp

Ice cubes


◾Peel and cut mangoes in small cubes

◾ Place the mango pieces into a blender add milk, sugar and ice cubes, Blend the fruit until it has a smooth texture.

◾Pour the finished mango shake into a serving glass. You can garnish your shake with fresh mango slices, if desired..

Well, this was the first glass of this season, enjoy, cheers to all..
