Green Coconut Curd Chutney is one of the most preferred accompaniment that goes very well with South Indian dishes like masala dosa, idli and vadas.

Cooking Time:  1 minute (for tempering)


✒100 gms fresh coconut chopped
✒1 Handful chopped coriander leaves
✒3 to 4 green chilies (or as per your taste)
✒2tbsp roasted gram (roasted chana dal)
✒½cup Curd
✒1tsp sugar
✒Salt to taste
✒¼ cup Water.

For tempering

✒1tsp mustard seeds
✒1tsp coconut oil
✒5-6 curry leaves

✏ Step by step process as how to prepare green coconut curd chutney: 

◾Take a mixer grinder jar or a blender, put all the ingredients and grind for 10-15 seconds or until smooth.

◾Taste and adjust the seasoning.

◾Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Refrigerate and use as an when required. Serve this with masala dosa, Schezwan masala dosa, paneer masala dosa, idli or vada.
