Sabudana khichadi is an Indian dish made from soaked Sabudana(Sago).

This food is mainly cooked on fasting day..

I am using roasted and coarsely grinder peanuts in my recipe. To enjoy this recipe add green chillies in good quantity.

✔150 gms sabudana (medium size pearls)
✔2 small size boiled potatoes (cut in cubes)
✔2tbsp roasted peanuts coarsely grinder
✔4-5 green chillies (very finely chopped)
✔5-6 curry leaves

◾Step 3: Boil Potatoes

Wash, boil, peel and chop potatoes in cubes and keep aside.

Step 4: Mix following ingredients

◾Take sabudana, in that add roasted grinder peanuts, salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and salt to taste.....

Mix all well and keep aside.

Step 5: Cooking Time

◾Heat oil, add cumin seeds, when flutter add curry leaves and green chilies.

◾Saute for 10 seconds then add boiled potatoes saute and cook for 2-3 minutes.
