Dabeli Masala


Dabeli Masala is normally in dry form and used in preparation of dabeli. But I will going to share different version of dabeli masala which is in paste form... 

This is simplified version of making dabeli and will save your time without compromising on taste part.


This is my version of dabeli masala and best part after preparing dabeli masala this way, you can omit the sweet and sour chutney which we make from tamarind, jaggery and dates.



◾Required

✒50 gms jaggery grated
✒1tbsp Tamarind Paste
✒1tbspSchezwan sauce
✒1tsp coriander seeds
✒1tbsp red chilly powder
✒5 inch piece cinnamon or 1tsp cinnamon powder
✒1tsp fennel seeds
✒2-3 cloves
✒1tsp black peppercorns
✒1tsp cumin seeds
✒1tbsp roasted peanuts
✒2tsp cooking oil


Method

◾Put all things in mixer grinder and make smooth paste..


◾Our dabeli masala paste is ready to use.
